MAY 4

I hung out with Sarah and Suzanne and some other people, and we played the Drop-Off game. Sarah and I were partners, and our drivers just went around in circles through subdivisions, and we ended up only a couple of miles from Suzanne's house. Sarah and I walked about a mile, and we waited for Joslyn and Erin to pick us up at some 7-Eleven. Our team won :)

MAY 3

I went to the Invisible Children benefit concert at Solid Rock. It was such a good night because it was a great way to see all of my friends from home that I hadn't seen for months. Lauren was even there! (Even though she wasn't done with school yet). Sarah Alleman did such a good job organizing everything, too, and I think that the messages given really seemed to have an impact on the people there.

MAY 2

I came home from school today!

I celebrated being home by hanging out with Sarah, Suzanne, Kelsey, and Jake. We went to the Grecian and had food. After that, we went to Kelsey's house and hung out for a while.

MAY 1

We found a box of hair bleach in the Dykstra exchange box in the lobby, and we decided to try it out on Lizzy. Doesn't is look like she had a good time?

Her hair ended up being super blonde, and a little splotchy, but it actually wasn't all that bad!

Later that night, I went to James Street beach with Lizzy and Allison. We walked up and down the coast a little bit. It was really nice because it was a really secluded beach, and there was a storm coming in over the water, so it looked really cool.

After the beach, we met up with Maria at Durfee for an end of the year celebration thing, and we had cake and ice cream and hung out with some friends for a while.

APRIL 30

It was a BEAUTIFUL day out, so Allison and I went on a walk. I got to take a few good Polaroids of some buildings around campus (like the anchor in front of Graves and Dimnent Chapel).

APRIL 29

Around 2am during finals week. Maria, Lizzy, and I were so sick of studying. I think this was the night that we had our "fashion show" ahhah

APRIL 28

I woke up to a lot of noise, and I looked up and saw Lizzy digging through something. I wondered what was going on, so I got up and walked over to our door, and there's Lizzy, standing knee-deep in crumpled up newspapers and packing peanuts. Allison and Katie had covered our door with newspaper, and they filled the space in between the newspaper and our door with packing peanuts and crumpled papers so that it would all fall on us like an avalanche when the door was opened. Poor Lizzy had to be the victim. (I wish I would have thought of this prank myself!)
