MARCH 17

On our mission trip, we worked with a ministry called Street Life Ministries. All of the mission work they do is on the streets, and part of their ministry involves having prayer stations on the streets of NYC, mainly in Queens. Here is half of our team at one prayer station in Jamaica, Queens. At these prayer stations, we wore big red aprons so people would know we were legit, and not some crazy fanatics standing on the street corners. Our team split up into pairs, and we went to different corners. As people walked by we said "Good Morning" and if anyone stopped we asked them if we could pray for them. Even though most people did not want us to pray for them, it was awesome seeing how happy people would get when we said "hello" or "good morning" to them because they don't get that in the city.
