I started this drawing of a bike. My plan was to later color the bike, and add in the NYC skyline in the background. (I finished the drawing eventually, and there's a picture of it in a later post). We had to draw the bike in Basic Drawing, and as soon as I heard about the assignment, I immediately thought of all the people on bikes crossing the bridge in NYC as we entered the city, which is why I chose to put the NYC skyline in the background.
